Well for all lots those Mumsnetters who are contemplating a 12k kitchen refurb and the beans new Landrover Discovery-try AN HOUR in my life with a husband with terminal cancer and my only child with special needs, who has no friends and parents have done a petition to get him out of school. May I add that between my husband and my myself, we have 5 degrees, I am trilingual and my husband has a first-class honours degree... I challenge anyone to just an hour in my shoes,and I guarantee - you would crumble. Sofpranyonw about to complain about the pettiness of life......... just ponder on this.
