I can't believe dd is 2!!

Today my little madam is 2. I wonder where that time has gone. Hard to imagine that little thing that was in SCBU is a healthy cheeky 2 year old.

She has opened a couple of her presents - one is a reading book about baby animals going to sleep. As we read it through and got to the page about the baby kangaroos going to sleep, she laid her head on the book and tried to snuggle the joeys....... ahhhhhh

her best present ( so dh and I think) is yet to come a little bouncy play gym.. along the lines as a small bouncy castle... we hope she will have a lot of fun with that....

I guess in no time at all I will be saying my dd is 5 and so on.... where does the time go??

I hope dd had a fantastic birthday.

It does seem to go so quickly. Still can't believe my 'baby' will be going to school next month!

It does go so quickly and only seems like yesterday that my dd was 2. She will be celebrating her 5th birthday at the end of August and will be going into year 1 in September(scary).
Of course she is, and always will be my baby!

awww thanks - she had alovely time - still has presents to open... but now she has 3 babies of her own enough to occupy her when mummy has the new baby!! Her favourite gift was a little xylophone from friends..... she loves that - banging it and running the baton thingy up and down the keys....

she was the life of the party.... even trying to drag grandma away from someone else's baby as if to say - hey I'm the grandkid here.

The bouncy plyay gym - BIG DISAPPOINTMENT has splits all through it and so has to go back to the store - huge saga just trying to get one and will not be able to get another as they were purchased as a special sale item and so have to go back to the drawing board with that idea.... dh and I were really upset!!
