Hello all,

im new to mums net. I've just written a blog post about my personal strugles with dyslexia and my life long ambition to be a writer. I sorley debated writting this. Even now i still worry that if people find out im Dyslexic they will dismiss me out of hand, or worse still say 'not bad for someone with learning difficulties'. I think that was the main reason for writting this blog, I remembered how i struggled throughout school and i wanted to let kids know that you can do it. its hard work, but if you stick at it you can get there.

Anyway, here is the blog.

Loved your blog - you have a natural talent for creative writing. And you are so right - proof reading is the easy bit and can be outsourced. Although actually I think some spelling mistakes add value - they're like Freudian slips....
Keep it up and hope you continue to enjoy writing.
