Hi fellow mummies,
I'm new to this forum and hoping you can help.
My son is two and a half and has been in a pre preparatory setting in Cheltenham. He has speech and language delay (he is currently assessed at 8-20 months) and for that reason, there is a question mark over whether or not he will be ready to move up a year in April. If he is not, then it is looking possible that we will be forced to move him.
With that in mind, does anyone have any experience of mainstream (preferably independent) or special school settings in Glos?
Also, is it better for a child to be in a mainstream or special school setting?
