that stands for fingers down the throat that Jakb,mine and various other peoples children do.

heard back from our psych.
He says with children who are ASD, its a response to stress/anxiety.

He said lots of children with ASD do it and some are experts at regurgitation (sorry if TMI)

I remember DS used to do it if i was trying to get him to do something/go somewhere he didnt want to and he must have been very anxious and not have been able to tell me.

With DD its linked to her tantrums which are her frustrations/anxieties coming out.

Thanks jenk. DD seems to be doing it when she's stressed, happy, tired, lively.. all the time! Interesting that it's coming in children with ASD. I am not alone!
