Live in Au pair/Nanny for Autistic Boy

Hello, I am looking for a live in au pair/nanny for my son who is 9 years old and autistic.

I need help, for an hour in the mornings, but, mainly in the evenings, but, also to bathe and dress him - about 25-35 hours per week.

I prefer someone who has experience with special needs children.

The accommodation is a self contained 'granny flat', with own bathroom.

Can anyone make any suggestions, as to where I can find good helpers?

Have you tried snapcare? They are a nanny agency in London and I've found them very helpful on the phone (although I've never had to hire a nanny through them).
