For a while now, DD will often pick at things whilst calming after a panic attack/meltdown. Grass, brick wall, wallpaper, paint on wall, skin...!
Anyone else's little ones do this? She is being assessed for ASD, should I mention it or is it?
Dd had a anxiety attack or meltdown this morning and we almost had total school refusal. Took an hour, in front of neighbours, to calm her and get her (late) into school.
