Reasons for Dd not remembering things after I have said them?

What reasons could there be..
The only way I can describe it is that Dd who is 9 forgets what I have said to her. So she may ask for a drink, I say ok but two seconds later she asks again, she hasn't remembered she asked.
I may tell her something and she hasn't remembered I have. It's the short term memory.

  1. Poor attention
  2. Receptive language difficulties
  3. Poor working/short term/auditory memory
  4. Perseveration - her thinking gets stuck in a loop

These are just what spring to my mind!
