Holiday in SW England?

We've decided not to put ourselves through ds2 screaming for the entire flight again so are going to book for the summer hols in this country.
Can anyone recommend a good place to stay in the south west, that will be OK for ds1(nt7) & football/sports mad so with some facilities/entertainment but not too big & in your face for ds2 age4 with mild CP, anxiety/OCD & social problems. also nothing halfway up a mountain as i'll break my back pushing ds2, he's mobile but can't do hills!

Last year, 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children - 3 with asd/ocd/various other difficulties)went to a place called Tolroy Manor Holiday Park, in Hayle,Cornwall. It has a pool, small football area, park,launderette, shop,takeaway food, bar,games room and onsite evening entertainment for all ages. There are a number of beaches nearby, which were easily accessible, even for me who is disabled, so should be ok for you too.We all enjoyed it so much, that we are going again in May this year. Weymouth is fab too, as its all on the flat! You can walk along the shore for miles, without too much effort, which is great when one is pushing a wheelchair....
The beach is clean, and its quite a traditional resort, but has lots of lovely things to do too...
There are 3 Haven parks there and an independant park in Bowlease Cove, which is probably the best location of them all. All the parks have accessible vans too.

Thanks mulsey, I think I went to Weymouth for my hols as a child, it was great.. I'll have a look at Bowlease Cove.
