have you visited Bedgebury Pinetum? Scroll down the page for notes on disabled access. When I was there last they were about to purchase an electric mobility thingy to travel round the easier walking/cycle routes. It costs £5 to park the car for as long as want. Lots of facilities.

PS. 2shoes - it's about 45 minutes drive from Sheffield Park

2shoes, I saw the other thread. Have you tried the wheelchair access path at Mill Hill in Shoreham? It's not a very long walk but it's flat and the view is lovely. It's also very useful at blackberry picking time!
