We have just been prescribed Elvanse 20mg to replace Medikinet XL 30mg. Has anyone else transitioned between the two? Im just doing the dreaded google before we pick it up from the pharmacy on Saturday.
Son 10yo was very trippy (for want of a better word to describe it) on the Medikinet XL so try this as its supposed to have a more gradual slow release rather than a sudden impact. Hope that makes sense.
Always worried about new side effects when changing meds as he's non verbal and doesn't really communicate pain or discomfort.
