Private assesment of ASD in south west

Has anyone gone for a private diagnosis in south West ? Any recommendations?

I'm considering it as my son is awaiting assesment but won't be seen until the end of the year...

He's just 2. Early intervention is key so with that in mind I'm considering paying to get an assesment quicker. It would have to be one recognised by the LA and NHS etc too...
