I made
this cake
yesterday, and after i made it it dawned on me that if you used the right chocolate (green and blacks is it?), it would actually be a glutin-free recipe as it contains no flour at all. Of course I don't have much knowledge of these things so I could be wrong so apologies if I am, I just wondered if anyone might find it of interest as it's a lovely cake and easy to make and would be great for those on a glutin-free diet.
