I saw an article about there being an error, and families who had been claiming for this credit hadn't been receiving it, and they are now going to receive the back payments. I didn't know that this existed, and we are on middle rate dla. I have now claimed, but it could take up to 42 days to process, and that's if we do qualify.
Just wanted to make others aware, just in case you hadn't heard about it like me.
