DD 9 said tonight (after bringing a mental health text book home from the school library, that's why she was verbalising it) she feels so frustrated with so many things that she's angry all the time, and she feels like I don't properly hear her when she tells me about it.
A lot of the time she gets angry about things that are her ASD, like she feels as though everybody contradicts themselves all the time and everybody is dishonest, because other people aren't precise and accurate enough for her.
Anybody got a good way to help with this? I'm not sure what you are meant to do with anger really, as a child or as an adult! What's healthy?
