Are Warwickshire schools really better for SEN?

I've heard that schools in Warwickshire offer better provision for children with Special Needs, dyslexia in particular - does anyone have experience of this?
We are looking for a mainstream primary school, with secondary in mind for later on.
Our dd has problems with Maths more than literacy. If anyone knows of a school with specialist Maths provision, or a good reputation for SEN, that would be great.
