yay! just got dla for ds2 after appeal!!!!!

and its going to be backdated til ooctober which is fab. this is the 2nd time i've had to do it and that time it ended up with a v stressful tribunal so am v pleased wont have to go through all that again. hurrah!

That's fantastic news!!! I had to double check that I didn't sleep walk and type this post myself as we also won our appeal on Monday. I am however still kind of reeling as it is not at the rate we thought we were entitled to (seems they took none of the nightime stuff into consideration . The good news is, that it was awarded for 2 years, backdated to August!

I don't know about you, but I never want to go through such an experience ever again....talk about stressful!

happy for both of you that were recently awarded DLA. We recently had our applicaation re-considered just before going to tribunal..YAY!!
