What did salt mean when she said ds was easily excited/stimulated

Ds who is nearly 5 was seen by salt today who said it was coming along well and no concerns but she did say ds was easily excited and look for ways he can calm himself.
Is this more of a sensory thing she is getting at? Bit confused. Thanks

I did ask her but she didn't make sense. She seemed very vague as if she didn't quite want to say. It wasn't the same as someone saying oh your boy is a bit over excited. Hard to explain really
