Can anyone recommend a good SLT in London or Cambridgeshire?

I need one for a teenager, specifically trained in Selective Mutism and, being experienced with ASD would help as she is suspected ASD.

I enquired with London Children's Practice but Jackie Harland won't do non-legal assessments anymore as she is now only part time. Have asked Margo Sharp before but the price is way out of my budget, plus she isn't really local...

Anyone can help me with this?

Do you want them for regular therapy, or just for an assessment and report?

You could try Lesley Wood, Karen Lansdell and Juanita Hurley. If you only want an assessment, there are probably people who are less local who could help.

For assessment and report mainly. Therapy considered if local enough. The price is a factor. If money was no object I would have gone for margo.

I really need someone very experienced and in the specific areas I mentioned too.. As money is tight, probably will only pay if the slt is really good - i.e. highly recommended. Thanks for your suggestions. I'll check them out :)

Not sure if the therapist who runs this site therapyideas.org is the right person (your child is not her usual age range) but she is super helpful/knowledgeable and knows lots of other therapists so maybe worth checking out? She's London based.
