motabllity and claiming on insurance

Someone has swapped the side of my car whilst it was parked at the side of my house - it slightly dented and i mean slightly but has left a huge scratch and remvoed some of paint.

Now i have no proof that i hav'nt done this as i belive it happened at night will i have to pay the excess on the insurance???

with motability you will. some one nicked our spare wheel and we had to pay the excess.

someone scratched all down the side of our mobilty car whilst we were on holiday, i phoned motorbility about it, they asked if there were any sharp bits i said no, they said that i do not have to have anything done to the car they have made a note of the damage at there end, they also said that now they sell all the motorbility cars at auction in the end so not to worry about it, if i wanted to get the work done then i could have but would have to pay the excess payment.
