We started this journey when my ds who is now 5 was 18 months old my mum was in denial and threatenef if i went to the hv she would never help me with him well fast forward a few years and we have a feed back meeting what happens i have a meeting with the school head a few daya after the feedback meeting to put in place transitions etc into year 1 into place etc
