Dd doing this funny thing with her eyes

I am so worried it's the start of tourettes or something.

She keeps pulling this funny face with her eyes. Really stretching her eyelids and I am so worried as it is almost what could be described as a tic.

Could it be anxiety related? Maybe all the change etc? Although she hasn't done it before.

She is 7 with AS and Adhd.

Not seen anything like it in ds but didn't want you to be unanswered.

DS1 does it alll the time. Flicks things backwards and forwards in front of his eyes etc as well. He's stimming. It stopped when he had cod liver oil (vitamin A), and came back when he refused to have the oil anymore.

My ds does this. He pulls a long face whilst stretching his eyes. He often brings toys close up to his eyes, and his latest is forming his fingers into a type of telescope and looking through them, he tends to do it more when the situation might be stressful.

My brother also went through his childhood with all manner of tics, I remember finding it really amusing as a child when he used to always stretch his mouth open wide, though when he got to his teens these tics vanished.

my little boy with as does this aswell, if i understand right, he does it also when being shouted at, he also does the telescope thing aswell thats been mentioned. i wouldnt worry too much, i also worry about ds4 as he sometimes does really strange things and i worry about tourettes with him, i think we get paranoid sometimes about what they could have, well i know i do anyway!
