Every time I sit down ds climbs up on my lap (and he's no lightweight nowadays)and presses his face against mine. I thought at first he was being loving and then I realised he is doing his 'sideways looking' at the reflections of the flashing Christmas tree lights in my glasses!

It was cute for about 5 minutes .

The things we do for our kids!!!!

reminded me pixel of me as a child deliberately squinting at our tree to make the lights sparkle more!
And now this year i have noticed that my eyes may need testing cos the lights look like i'm squinting permanently!!! !
