Hi girls,
My dad was diagnosed with aspergers aged 9 she's was assessed by an ed psych the year before. She scored on the 55 percentile for verbal iq, 5 percentile for non verbal iq and 9 th percentile for working memory and processing speed. She will have a review next year. She has kept up academically with her peers. We have a tutor twice a week to help her. School have completely withdrawn support this year. I'm in Ireland don't ask?? Now I'm being told she has a learning difficulty and will not keep upon secondary this was never explained by educational psychologist we were under the impress she had a different learning style and needed individualised tailored support. I feel school are not providing any intervention. It's like they are waiting for the wheels to fall off. Any thoughts
