Interesting article about school meals and autism in the Guardian

Yes - my Y9 HFA DS takes his own lunch ('bread' sandwich and breadsticks and water - only ever water - to drink) and eats in the learning support room... The article reminds me that although DS is allegedly 'high-functioning' there are so many barriers to him eating socially with others.
