Our community paed uses Schdedule of growing skills, what would you make of these results for a 32 month old?

Visual: 48 months
Cognitative: 30
Care: 24
Social: 24
Language and speech: 24
Hearing and language: 12
Motor: 24

Dd is generally thriving, but I don't really get these results. She's discharged with normal development

It's a very uneven profile but at this age childen do develop t different rates. I would be most concerned about the hearing and language and ask for further assessment by speech and language therapist and a hearing test. There can be long waits for these so it's worth getting started.
Best wishes

Thank you for a reply. I feel it's just wrong... She has conductive hearing loss and seizures as well as motor delay. It just a seems too uneven to be believable. I'd simply put her at around 18-24 in all areas. Maybe 15 language, for example she strings words together meeting a tick for 24 months, but with random meaningless strings! It felt like a checklist

You had not said she had hearing loss and motor delay in your previous post. Taking this into account it seems more believable. Any test performance or even just observation will vary from day to day. If you are not concerned then wait another 6 months but I would urge you to make sure she develops language. There is a web site called ican.org.uk which supports families with langauge issues and has lots of helpful suggestions. I assume your hearing support worker is supporting language development.
