Do I complain - again? They keep telling me how seriously they take data protection. It's a child's full name this time

Yes and copy SENDIST in to your email!

They have already sent it to sendist and just resent mentioning a clerical error

Makes you wonder who's seen my sons medical records etc. bunch of Muppets. We have such a unusual surname and kids first names aren't very traditional either
