For refusal to assess, im bricking it! Ive written some additional information and highlighted where i feel they've not followed the SENCOP, DS consultant has also done a report supporting us.

They overturned the decision and the assessment will begin ASAP, of course its only the start but for today i shall feel triumphant .

Im letting the breaks off till next week, but then i shall have some serious reading to do! this new system is confusing me. Been through the statement process for DD1, but i know the next few parts work different to the old system.
