Parent partnership have phoned. I'm getting my NIL as a final statement and that's going to panel next week.

What's the best way to go forward? Pp have told me to email my case officer asking what is going to panel as my indi reports recommend qualified slt ( ie slt graduate) his ot and pead ask for termly direct ot to train up school. None of this is in my nil. Neither are any of his diagnosis.

Solicitor letter for JR is being written. There is joint action to take legal action against my la for a wider issue.

Why are they being so stupid? If I appeal contents of the nil as a statement they can't possibly win. Tribunal desision said the nil was incomplete. They can't dodge that ruling.

im sat her quite a few weeks ahead of you with a statement with none of my indie reports included hence the next tribunal.

I think what PP have said is a sensible thing to do and I would send that email - it will also be good evidence if you do end up at tribunal -theres also a risk depending on how vile your LA are that they could put the SALT in part 5/6 and also the OT (my Ot is all in 5/6 and no salt at all is anywhere in it)

its pants and I always think I wont be shocked by a LA bad behaviour but even now when I think I have heard everything they can still manage to shock me. you so don't deserve any of this

At the tribunal ds was at 1a at the end if year one. What a shocker - he's at level 1a still two terms later.

At least when the third appeal goes in he will have sat his sats, I will hopefully seen DK and viewed some indi schools.

I guess it should work in my favour at the end? Can only hope

2boys would your JR letter solicitor consider putting in this bit into their letter?

It would be glaringly irrational to do something that the Tribunal has already ruled is incomplete.

You might need a document to confirm that this is what they are doing. Would parent partnership drop you something to confirm what she said on the phone?

You will get there 2boys.

It just will take another appeal...
