they don't care what they say do they? They forget that there are real people out there living already what they say they would not....

its like someone said to me the other day when i said that my boys are autistic- in mainstream school... and she was openly shocked... she started on about how a few years ago they would have been as she put it 'catered for' in a 'where all of them had the same problems'...i was quite suprised by her attitude as she knows me and my boys well....and i tried to explain how things have changed etc....

it makes me so angry...as did this....my own brother said (about his 1st baby due next month) ...that he hoped it was a girl as she would be less likely to be autistic....GGGGGRRRRRR!!!! I was lost for words....

sorry i am as usual going a bit off topic!!!

i just wish people would think b4 they speak...

i cannot even think of anything to say that would make any sense

I think the journalist got it right with their 'typo' where they refer to him as "Mr Cocks" instead of Cobbs. Says it all IMO.

coppertop · 22/10/2006 17:11

Yikes! It wasn't a typo, was it? That's someone's actual name.

The man's still an @rse though. As you say, eidsvold, what hope is there?

What a shocking thing for anyone to say, but completely unforgiveable for someone in his position.

Will he be forced to resign?

TBH, he should be so ashamed of himself that he should immediately resign anyway IMO.

Bet he doesn't though.

And the PM is supporting him.
