It was brilliant.
There was a classroom with boys with HFA/AS and i started crying because i could just see DS in there with them, they had been cooking cottage pie for dinner and as a reward were given a cartoon to watch and they were all happy.

I started feeling angry cos DS has now been out of school for almost 12 months and we are fighting the LEA to get him statemented and they are fighting us over everything.

But do you know what made my day?

When we were signing DH spotted the LEA SEN Managers name in the book and i asked the head teacher did she know the lady and she said "Oh yes, there are 5 pupils from your LEA district and they have their own minibus and a couple of the boys have AS"

HILARIOUS
She has already told us that DS cannot go to a special school outside our LEA that he must go to a mainstream school.

Watch her face when i tell her that i know she visits the school and that there are 5 pupils from our area, i cant wait!!!!

Fantastic, Jenk!

The school sounds great and what a lovely added bonus to catch the LEA SEN manager out in another lie.
