Go to tribunal mid Jan deadline for reports in today. I've just spent an hour reading reports submitted by LEA. Can't believe it basically it's my fault!!!!! He is an angel at school apparently polite kind thoughtful and wonderful a star.
Wish that was the child I look after instead of anxious stuck on one topic of conversation whether your interested or not. Sleeps 6 hours a night in his bed on a good night.
Really can't believe it should have seen it coming I guess utterly depressed

oh gosh, you should know by now that a mother's (or father's) place is always in the wrong,

and quite frankly it just shows what a poor understanding of autism/other the authority has.

bought time someone did some research on this.

You will get chance to have your say reader, make sure you are clear about the points that you want to make for tribunal!

I dont know your back story but if you havent been to tribunal before, make sure you write something to help you introduce your child and something to close with.

We were the first and the last to be given the opportunity to speak and they were valuable opportunities.

We also took a photo of Dd3 to show the panel and the LA rep, it helped to make her human rather than just a file!

Good luck Flowers

Someone on here accidentally submitted their draft copy of LA reports to tribunal.....with "Lies, BagOfShte and Complete Bll*cks" scribbled in the margin. LA went ape & said they were taking legal advice re libel.

LA then went silent... because the mumsnetter (egged on here by cheering hordes) suggested they bring it on, cos she couldn't be done for libel given the allegations of dodgy business were all true.

It's very hard to deal with the LA professionals colluding and coming up with such a series of blatant, cynical, shameless lies.

Parents, by and large, play by the rules. The big bully-boys don't.

I had a post-it of that mumsnetters comments (in teeny tiny letters) stuck on the EP report. Every time I felt like screaming, I looked at it, and had to bite my tongue to hold back the teenager-style hysterical giggles.

He has an EP report average or above intelligence excellent memory visual learner in a class of 31 bottom set for everything! Frequently comes out of school sensory overloaded, home same story cd goes on 6 times over. Suffers anxieties and sensory difficulties loves all sports, but not coping well with competitive elements of it lately

Its too soon to talk for me, but they will go any length to screw your boy over.

Belive me. Panels see through this crap.

It's nothing to do with parenting. It's budgets and bullying all the way.

You would be amazed

I love the submission example above! Omg I have just had something like this, but reversed roles.

I drew a picture of me shooting my la reps head off. I hope the judge didn't see it.
