I had a letter in the post last week from DS1's pediatrician, ccing me on a reply to the school about DS1 and his issues.
I am very happy with the reply - but less happy that the school are writing to him, without even letting me know.
Are they allowed to do that?
Also, from the reply, what they seems to have asked is, does he have anxiety, which given the involvement of tier 3 camhs, the autism diagnosis etc - is fucking already confirmed, and frankly they shouldn't fee the need to ask at all.
So - are they allowed to do that?
I am thinking of emailing them to ask for a copy of the letter - plus any other letters they may have sent in the past and not informed me of - is that an appropriate response by me?
Is there any legislation I should be quoting?
