It's Friday afternoon. If you do reply, do it after 5!

Ineedmorepatience · 17/10/2014 14:33

Feel for you 2boys I bet they are worried now that you have a good case! Sad

It is just a job to them, they sleep with a big fat wage packet under their pillows!

Be kind to yourself, you will get through this Flowers Cake

Ineedmorepatience · 17/10/2014 14:35

Actually ouryve I would send it at 10 to 5!! Then if they check their email before they leave they will either have to stay late or get stuck in the traffic!!

ouryve · 17/10/2014 14:41

I like your thinking.

Ineedmorepatience · 17/10/2014 14:47

Actually my suggestion didnt quite make sense did it!!

But I am sure you get the gist Grin

what are they asking 2boys? my LA did this to me - the 'friday' before tribunal game - then unsettled me all blooming weekend and we were at centre parcs! madness that they think they can just leave it this late in the day

billiejeanbob · 17/10/2014 15:05

be careful with what info you give them this close to the hearing!

bjkmummy · 17/10/2014 15:13

to be honest think I would respond on Monday morning - take some time over the weekend to consider your answers - do not feel rushed or pressured to respond today before 5pm - you could be at work and not pick up the email until this evening and I do think you need time to process what and why they are asking you things this late in the day. I know part of you will be thinking well if I give them the answers they may well concede but given its Friday reality is no decision would be made until Monday so you will be spending the weekend worrying about it anyway.

I'm not going to answer at all. He's asking for medical reports I don't have. Poor ds has seen lots of different people this year but a lot don't write reports. He has what I've got and that's it. I am awaiting his DNA array which I doubt will be ready in time, I'm phoning the morning of the tribunal ;0) will say i didn't see the email.

He can't answer mine then it works both ways.

He's a civil servant ( as was I once) he will finish at 4 on a Friday ;0)

He won't be stewing over the weekend so neither will I

I used to be a civil servant as well 2boys. well done - these are simple questions that could have been asked weeks and weeks ago - there is no excuse for them to be asking questions now so late into the process.

KOKOagainandagain · 17/10/2014 15:42

Don't reply and see this as a sign of desperation. When have you, as a parent, ever received a comprehensive reply from LA staff on the same day? I'd like to bet never. They don't reply for months. Stand firm.

fairgame · 17/10/2014 16:50

Why the hell is he asking for reports? He has got your evidence, don't give him anything else.
You could reply and ask where the hell his evidence is.

2boysnamedR · 17/10/2014 17:10

Lol! I'd love to send him a one line rude reply as that's all he's given me so far.

I'm busy with my four kids on school run then clubs till 9pm. Can fit you in next month unless it conveniently slips my mind.

I have calls from school and three numbers with held.
