I need some advice.

dd is hypermobile. she has banged her ankle and now it has started knocking whenever she stands on it. it seems to be one of the (ligaments/tendons don't know which) moving over the bone.

she has had this before with her hip and was told by a dr not to do it anymore as it caused damage. however, with her ankle she is unable to stop it when standing.

do I:

send her to school with a support bandage to reduce movement and see dr after school

ask school to allow her to sit instead of stand in assembly etc?

not do PE

seek medical advice in the morning and not send to school?
