Two weeks to tribunal and no evidence still from lea

I got a email the week before last saying the lea bod had been off sick and he was doing it that day but still nothing! How can they get away with this? If they provide it on the day can I object?

Hopefully my ed psych - who's Edward Thompson? Is he the new ed balls?

hes a government minister who has pushed through all the new reforms so hes singing and dancing about how the ne EHCP are going to make things soooooo much better - he evens says it will mean we will all be fighting less!!!

i think that's the part ive found hardest - sitting there with that smile on my face being reasonable mum when the people sat the opposite side are the ones who have put you through hell - it reminded me of being back at school and being made to sit in the same room as the bullies and having to reason with them. but what keep says is so true - you have to be the reasonable parent no matter how hard it is , they will try and upset you to get your mask to slip. both times I have managed it but its hard. I guess we all expect in some way to walk into tribunal and the panel to blast the LA to pieces for their bad behaviour but the reality is they don't. the panel are very good at asking the questions but remain composed at all times and inside it can be hard to sit there whilst the panel give the LA the time to spout their point of view but the panel do see through it out and im glad to say that both my decisions were brilliant from the panel when they came.

Well were days away now. Everything in the bundle from the lea is about what the planned to do - but never got round too. I tried to phone the lea to ask why. No joy.

I have some videos on my phone I want to use as evidence. Should I email them off or take on the day?

On the day? It makes your child real. Hope it goes as well as possible and your LA shows themselves up.
