How to deal with 'tired legs' in hemiplegic 4yo

DD is 4 and has mild RS hemiplegic CP. She is active and has minimal input from therapists although low tone means she struggles with seating a bit.

Anyway. Past few weeks she has been getting slower and slower, returned to asking to use the buggy, reluctant to run as much and up more at night. She is complaining of ow legs, no increased tone on RS over LS so I'm giving a 3ml half dose of ibuprofen to her before bed.

Neither GP or physio have got back to me this week but can anyone suggest anything else other than drugs? I'm assuming a growth spurt.

When we have tired or tight legs we d extra stretches (seems to relieve some pain for DD) and lots of soaks in warm baths as warmth/warm water is supposed to help according to our physio!
