Lou - I've got a response re letter about Love Actually!

Well half a response.
His PA (?) has emailed me and asked me for my postal address so Mr Curtis can send me a leter!

I shall await mine too in that case. I'm sure we will all get the same generic letter from "Mr Curtis", but it's a start.

Everyone who wrote got a hand written letter of appology. Each of the letters were different, but in all he admitted that it was a thoughtless thing to do.
