Would somebody be able to read statement for my friend, please!!

My friend is in a really difficult situation.

Our LA has messed her about really badly, forced her to tribunal and tried to issue a document that wasnt even legal!!

Now they have issued a statement but it seems very vague and she has been told she only has till friday to sort it out because her statementing officer only works term time!!!

I can read it and highlight any vague unspecified provision. I am currently appealing my dd's statement. I have been to one sendist hearing and have another in September. PM if u want me to proof it.

So what if her statementing officer on,y works term time? This is about the needs of the child right not the needs of the LA's contracting hours. If she wants to do it after Fri they'll just have to find someone else to take it on. The time frames are statutory.
