What won't be covered by support outlined in proposed statement?

We are due to get DD's proposed statement this week.... I got an advance notification over the phone that it will give her 20 hours/week of a TA plus 5 hours support/week for lunchbreaks. I know this isn't quite full-time support so am interested to know exactly which periods will be left unsupported. Does it mean, for example, that she will have to fend for herself at morning and afternoon break, or maybe just for first/final hour of the day? Or is it just up to the whim of the school/the TA's diary?

Thanks in advance if anyone can advise
