Ed psychologist for appeal of nil - West Surrey area

Hi, can anyone recommend a good ed psych who would be willing to travel to the Guildford area for a appeal on refusal to issue a statement?

I have had a name but after chasing about 15 times I have given up, I don't have the time to fanny about chasing people who don't get back to me to say they are too busy
