DS2 is 32 months i'm worried something is not right in terms of language/puzzle solving/social development. He can say about 100 words and sometimes even uses small sentences but about 30% of his language is unclear even to me and his dad. He can be a very aggressive little boy and regularly hits, bites and scratches me, his dad, his brother and other children often for seemingly no reason. He is very strong willed and we are all a bit nervous around him if he's in a bad mood as he certainly lets you know it! :( He likes some adults /older children but shows no interest at all in playing with those of around the same age. He makes eye contact but is quite shy with those he doesn't know. He doesn't enjoy books or being read to - doesn't get the concept of one page following another and will try to grab to book off you if you read to him. He's also incredibly faddy about food and will only eat about 4 healthy foods including breast milk (very, very breast dependent still). Physically his skills are very good - he enjoys racing around, can jump, enjoys making scribbly pictures etc..

He had a development review about 3 months ago but to be honest it wasn't very thorough but he didn't do great as he was in a crappy mood at the time and more interested in trying to get on the surgery computer. To make matters worse i've moved home since then to a new borough. To summarise I'm not sure what my next move should be. His brother was diagnosed as ASD at 4 years but is /was completely different (very personable and skilled at language). At the same age DS1 was talking in sentences and using a diverse vocabulary.

I know none of these things on there are are very significant but I wonder if looking at the overall picture this could this be autism but under a different guise? Not sure what my next move should be ( DS1's Autism was picked up at nursery but I want to get him reviewed now if I can).
