annual review - cost of attendees?

If the LA invites a private therapist to attend annual review - who is responsible for footing the bill for their attendance?

Not heard of this before, so was just wondering.

is the private therapy funded by the la? if so it would be the la that cover the costs.

No I paid for the private therapy.

It would be bad form for the LA to invite them and expect you to pay.
