The judges initials were LG and panel member MW

Tried to pop in earlier to wish you luck but MN and my phone weren't playing ball with each other.

It sounds as positive as you can expect, particularly the dismissal of "policy" tripe. Hopefully you will get your SA out of it and you can get up onto the next rung of the ladder.

I think it sounds positive!

If your dd is really sharing another child's 1:1 the school is probably acting illegally, assuming that child's statement specifies that he needs 1:1. I wonder if the panel picked that up?

The TA is shared by absolutely everyone in the class and the teacher said the statemented child had full time 1:1. The teacher also tried to start quoting her LApolicy and the judge shot her down and made it clear it was the code of practice only she was interested in.

My concern was re progress. Teacher was gushing about then progress so glad I got here report in as late evidence where she admits using the TA to redo the test with her and the panel did question her about it but as with these thing we just don't know which way the panel will go

It's always hard to judge how a tribunal has gone. It does sound promising that they've agreed it's not just dyslexia and that there's other undiagnosed needs

Well done - another hurdle jumped and whatever the outcome, at least she's on the radar now.
