so appealing parts 2 & 3 of statement. have had indie salt and ot assessments which provided evidence for therapies however the indie salt and ot both agree that my dds primary dx is incorrect and that she has spld. therefore I need to have an indie ep assessment done for evidence of this.
the issue is that the final evidence deadline is less than a month away and I cant get an ep assessment done and report written that quickly. does anyone have any advice? should I ask for the hearing to be adjourned? or proceed with what evidence I have and ask to submit the ep report as late evidence?
also as not to drip feed the la ep assessment as part of sa didnt include any standardised testing, it is based on an observation and brief meeting with dd and does not indicate that she could have spld.
also the dx she does have at the moment (gdd) is what the la are using to opppse the appeal. (dd doesnt need salt as due to gdd she can't progress any further!!) Sad

Might you be able to get an EP assessment after the deadline but reasonably in advance of the hearing? If so you could apply for an extension for that report.
