I know there was a thread recently on this but I can't find it. We are family of 2 adults and 3 children - one disabled. Can I buy a membership for 1 adult+3 children and get other adult in as carer? If so how? I think someone said had to ring up and get a carer card??? Or can you do it on the day if you visit somewhere?

Interested as well - we visited a NT property today and I did wonder (after we'd paid!) if there was a concession for carers. I googled and found this which has details. Not sure if it would work with membership - in theory it should do I suppose.

We are members, dh has a card for him and the dcs and they sent me a carers card separately. The day we got it, we had already paid the full amount to get in somewhere, so they refunded that and gave usa discount!

Yes you can. You get a admit one card, for free, just by phoning up for it. We had couples membership, just rejoined as just me. Ds is under 5 so is free for most places anyway.
