What does this mean and what diagnosis is most likely the outcome?

I'm only asking as my doctor said this in my son's report, but didn't think to ask him what he actually meant as I thought he was just making a verbal comment. But, her notes would be passed to the autism specialists that are assessing my son.

My son is having is ADOS very soon, so a bit apprehensive. Grin

How old is he and how is he with feeding? Does he drool?

Hi zzzz thanks for asking.

@ladykookoo...he used to dribble but it has decreased now. His feeding is ok...why do you ask? Is it something I should be looking out for.
