Appealing NIL - is this tribunal the last step? Will a detailed statement be agreed?

Or do I get a statement which I then need to appeal? I hope this is the last appeal!

Fingers crossed for you - depends on what Judge and Panel you get some are better than others.

it really depends on what evidence you obtain at this stage and whether the la then include that evidence within the statement.
potentially you could have to appeal again to sendist re parts 2, 3 and 4 of the statement if you are not in agreement with it. although if you are appealing the NIL the LA will know you are unlikely to accept a non specific statement.

Great so possible two tribunals to go! You would have thought by now I was willing to fight this to the bitter end. More the process goes on, the more I find out he's worse than I realised

We had to appeal the NIL but LA backed down. Still had to appeal for the statement content and school and went to hearing. They use these appeals to waste time I am sure.

Gahhhh!!! I am so mad. Why can we just have a fist fight today ( I'd defiantly win that - I am sooooo mad right now!)
