Anybody worked with the Advocate, Evelyn Ashford at Educational Equality?

I did, just to rewrite proposed statement, was happy with her.

I used her at a different time in her career it would seem. She was nice, knowledgeable about the law etc. but didn't believe a word I said about Herts behaviour.

Really Star that's wierd, she trusted me with Essex - maybe she learnt haha.

I'm using her at the minute for tribunal next month. I'm really happy with her and know others who are as well x

No-one ever believes me though. The LA didn't believe me when I said I'd apply for SA myself, or that I would start an ABA programme, or that I would go to tribunal.

And over the last couple of weeks neither the LA nor the school believed I would HE ds, until they were copied into a formal letter requesting permission from the Director of Ed.

People just never believe me. I have no idea why.

Is it my accent, the fact I grew up in East London, my clothes, my hairstyle? The fact that just now I did a quiz that said my star wars equal was darth vader?

It might be my grammar!?

I tend to not say too much in meetings. Perhaps I look utterly convinced by their stories or unsure of myself. My challenge is usually in writing and perhaps they think someone put me up to it rather than that it came from me.

No idea if I look fragile. I don't think I do. I tend to not be particularly keen on getting into arguments face to face.
