Sick of the length of time taken for a complaint that isn't complex with clear evidence of the LA failing to comply with the law.
It has been over 8 weeks since my challenge to the provisional view, which had various inaccuracies in it and was heavily biased in favour of the LA < I know, I know> . Apparently the 2 month delay has been due to the office being shut between Christmas and New Year! 
I was then advised that I would definitely hear by x date and lo and behold, again there's no response. I am inclined to make a complaint but is this likely to result in another lost year of my life?
